Fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When you visit the site, your device requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google will receive your IP address as part of that request. Joining the waitlist

If you join the waitlist using the form on this site, we'll store the email address you provide so we can let you know when ClaimReady launches. We won't use it for any other purpose, we won't pass it to anyone else, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing us.

If you contact us

If you email us using the details on this site, we'll use the information you provide (your name, contact details, and anything else you tell us) only to respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of that conversation for our own business purposes. We won't use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we won't pass it to anyone else except where we're required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails and enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to manage our relationship with you, and in line with our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us:

what personal information we hold about you;
to correct it if it's inaccurate;
to delete it, where there's no good reason for us to keep using it;
to restrict or object to how we use it; and
to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
